Retail and marketplace onboarding need files, not a single badge. Use this page to request a pack that matches your SKUs and markets.

Certificates expire and scopes change — verify dates and product coverage before PO.

Share destination countries and channel (marketplace, pharmacy, distributor). We return the files that exist for those SKUs — not a generic badge wall. Typical asks include quality-system scope, fiber/care statements, and third-party product indexes when the report is current.

Buyers often ask for OEKO-TEX, GRS, or equivalent chemical-restriction indexes. We supply report indexes under the same SKU and material lot when the file is on hand. If a report is expired or the fabric changes, we re-quote testing rather than reuse a stale PDF.

Ask for the current certificate scope and dates during due diligence. Do not treat a homepage ISO word as a pharmacy listing. Process controls for cutting, sewing, and packing are summarized on the manufacturing hub.

Claims we will not print for you

We will not write “FDA registered,” “FDA approved,” or “CE medical device” on this apparel line unless you provide a file that supports that wording for your brand. Absorbency milliliters, patent numbers, and plant street addresses stay off packing until they are documented.

A documentation pack on request: quality-system evidence, product test indexes, and packing/care files that match the SKUs you order. We do not publish certificate numbers that are not on file.

Can I request a pack for vendor onboarding?

Yes — tell us destination markets and channel via the inquiry form.

Is pet treats and coat care a medical device on this site?

This catalog is production pet-consumable apparel. Do not copy cup/disc FDA or CE medical-device language onto packing unless your own regulatory file says so.
